After being abandoned, Bailey came to our centre very sad and down. After a lot of time trying to find the owner, they said they had arranged for someone to look after him, and the plans had failed without them knowing. The national RSPCA asked them for proof of these plans, but the owner never got back in touch and stopped co-operating.
We got to look after Bailey instead and saw his change into a happy go lucky lad with a capacity for a huge grin like in the top picture!
He stayed with us for a while to get better, and then moved onto RSPCA Leeds to find his forever home. Now in a loving family, his new owners have renamed him Daley and we’re sure he’s settling in beautifully!
It costs £20 a day to provide homes for dogs like Bailey who’ve been left behind. Can you support us?
